Looking for a creative, confidence-boosting summer experience for your kids or teens? StageDoor Theatre in Conifer is offering two exciting camps, both led by the talented Alexandria Bernhardt, that are perfect for experienced performers and those just wanting to try theater on for size!

Whether your child is ready to step into a leadership role or shine on stage for the first time, these camps offer something for everyone—fun, friendship, and a whole lot of theater magic!

Leadership Lab
📅 June 2–6 | ⏰ 10 AM – 2 PM
🎓 For incoming 6th–12th graders
💲 Tuition: $200

StageDoor’s Leadership Lab is where theater meets real-world leadership! This high-energy, hands-on camp empowers middle and high schoolers to explore roles like student director, choreographer, and stage manager. Campers will discover their unique leadership style, build communication and teamwork skills, and gain practical experience mentoring younger performers during the following week’s Spotlight Camp.

Whether your teen is a seasoned stage vet or just curious about trying something new, this camp is a fantastic way to build confidence and creativity.

🎶 Final Production: How I Became a Pirate
💲 Tuition: $475

Ahoy, young actors! This two-week theater adventure gives kids the chance to shine in a full musical production. From acting and singing to dancing and teamwork, campers will bring the fun-filled How I Became a Pirate to life on stage. With experienced educators—and mentorship from older students in Leadership Lab—every camper will feel supported, inspired, and ready to perform with pride.

Bonus: Campers may also have the chance to perform in selected shows of StageDoor’s Little Mermaid Summer Company production!

Meet the Instructor:

Alexandria Bernhardt leads both of these incredible camps. A recent graduate of Regis University, Alexandria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance, a minor in Peace and Justice, and a Leadership Certificate. She has 18 years of singing experience, teaches private voice, piano, and ukulele lessons, and serves as an instructor and assistant director at DaVinci Center for Musical Arts. Alexandria’s performance credits include Judy in 9 to 5, Rosie in Mamma Mia!, and Magenta in StageDoor’s Rocky Horror Show. She has directed and music directed numerous youth productions and loves helping kids grow in confidence and creativity through theater.
